Narrative To Books Yours Until Dawn

Gabriel Fairchild's valor during battle earns him the reputation of hero, but costs him both his sight and his hope for the future. Abandoned by the fiancée he adored, the man who once walked like a prince among London's elite secludes himself in his family's mansion, cursing his way through dark days and darker nights.

Prim nurse Samantha Wickersham arrives at Fairchild Park to find her new charge behaving more like a beast than a man. Determined to do her duty, she engages the arrogant earl in a battle of both wit and wills. Although he claims she doesn't possess an ounce of womanly softness, she can feel his heart racing at her slightest touch. As Samantha begins to let the light back into Gabriel's life and his heart, they both discover that some secrets -- and some pleasures -- are best explored in the dark ...

Assessment Containing Books Yours Until Dawn
I stayed up late last night, actually it was early this morning, finishing this because when I got to about 82%, I just could not put this down. This was romantic and heart breaking and I loved every word on every page. I will definitely read this again!

Truly loved this beast and the beauty. I was totally engaged but disappointed when I had to keep putting it down. During the war, Gabriel was wounded, blinded and he believed dumped by his betrothed. His parents have secluded him to the country estate where he is living his life out as an empty grouch with no hope of ever having a future. He has gone through so many nurses and believes he needs no one to help him until Samantha Wickersham enters his life as a fake nurse. Despite his tyrannical

I liked this book quite a bit. But, to be honest, I expected to like it more than I did. It was very good, and I liked both the hero and the heroine. Samantha really did help Gabriel to come to terms with the loss of his sight, his disfigurement, and his loss of his place as 'golden boy' in his society world. I think one of my major issues was the events after the climax. Hmm, I think I would have preferred that he not regain his sight. Sounds bad, huh? Getting his sight back made things too

I first read YOURS UNTIL DAWN by Teresa Medeiros several years ago and it has remained one of my all time favourite historical romances. Warm, funny, heartrending, tender and sensual, re-reading it is one of my guilty pleasures.Gabriel Fairchild, Earl of Sheffield, is determined to show his fiancée that he has forsaken his rakish ways and is worthy of her love. To prove himself, Gabriel joins the Royal Navy but at the Battle of Trafalgar, he is wounded, leaving him facially scarred and blind.

HOLY SHIT MOTHERFUCK THIS BOOK WAS INSANEI AM ACTUALLY SHOCKED I HAVEN'T READ A NOVEL WITH SUCH AN INSANE PLOT TWIST IN A LOOOOONG ASS TIME I DID NOT SEE THAT COMING.What a beautiful story of a damaged man and woman coming together, helping each other heal, and learning and growing together. I really don't want to spoil anything because I didn't read any reviews before this, and went into it with no expectations, but this is honestly a wonderfully written piece of literature. A cute romance and

You know...every time that I think about this book, I just dislike it more and more, honestly. While I liked the story for the most part and thought it was great...ugh, that final quarter of the book just ruins EVERYTHING! Gabriel is just awful in it. I originally gave this five stars, but then reduced it to a two because of the technical cheating (dubious though it may be). And now...it's a one. Though it makes for great angst, Gabe is just fucking awful to (view spoiler)[Cecily (hide spoiler)]
