Great look into a young man's life working as a security guard in L.A. This book is lots of fun, actually! Roy's unique and funny perspective on working all hours and extremely long hours on L.A.'s "finest" movie locations will make you hungry for more of his writing (and Red Devil pizza!)For me, the best parts of the book are when the guard analyzes other people's shabby behavior towards anyone who is less powerful - guards victimizing homeless people, gangsters threatening to rape other youngGreat look into a young man's life working as a security guard in L.A.
