They have a hard time telling each other what they want, and only tend to do it after theyve messed up. But I do think theyre learning, and they are starting to get used to each other.One of the continuing problems for them now is Hokutos family. He doesnt want to think about it, but Chiwa wants to fix it, and so is trying to find out what actually happened. In this volume,

I was on board with this manga for a while, and I'll continue to read it. But this book was so sexist and degrading it hurt.The main male character calls his wife stupid repeatedly. It's supposed to be funny, but it's just painful to read. And then she just accepts that she's a stupid girl and apologizes. I cringed. Stand up for yourself woman!

Once again, I enjoyed reading more of the adventures (or misadventures) of Chiwa and Hakuto. Their almost completely dysfunctional communication style is more than balanced out by their cuteness. (#adorbs alert!) Of course if you're seeing this review and you haven't read any of the series, you'll want to start it from the beginning to understand it all - but it's well worth it. I have not been disappointed in a single book in the series. Such fun reading!

WHY AM I READING THIS SEXIST STUFF?

In order to help her father out of debt, Chiwa agrees to an arranged marriage with Hokuto, the president of the company she works at.Oo, this series took a rather dark turn all of a sudden. If (view spoiler)[Hokuto was the target of the 'accident' that killed his mother, who was really behind it (hide spoiler)]? I find the whole thing about family politics and power struggles completely fascinating.It also looks as though Asahina is not quite the asshole we have been led to believe. I wonder

I love seeing Chiwa and Hokuto getting closer. You can tell that they are starting to rely on each other more, and figuring out how marriage works.I look forward to getting more volumes, and getting further into their story!
