This summer i read this series for the second time. It changed my outlook again on so many things, for the better. Everyone needs to read this series. It's full of romance, and everything a teenager goes through. This series is incredibly encouraging & shows how everything works out for those who wait and trust God. <3

I have conflicting feelings about these books. On the one hand, they are sweet, wholesome and innocent. Loyalty to friends, respecting your family, helping others less fortunate and being a good person are all very good messages stressed here, but I do have a lot of problems with the series though. It's definitely the most judgey and preachy of the series. Christy spends a lot of the story lamenting the fact that Katie is dating a non-Christian, even though Katie states that he believes in God

The first book in this volume is good, it really gives you hope with Christy and Todd. Though it does drag slightly. The Second Book I liked a lot though the end sort of killed me! But I made it through. The last book really wrapped up the series in the only acceptable way! It made me want to read the "Christy and Todd: The college years" series!

By far the best volume in the series. the characters have grown and changed and become so dynamic by the time you hit the end you feel like you've experienced your senior year of high school all over again without all your own personal drama.
